Soo Jerky Grilled Pork Jerky Wrapped Steak Skewers



Ingredients: 
Soo Jerky Sweet Grilled Pork Jerky
6 oz Rib Eye Grilling Steak
Salt
Pepper

Servings: 
1

Directions:

Cut the steak into bite sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.  Grill steaks until desired doneness. Grill Soo Jerky Sweet Grilled Pork Jerky until seared and cut into pieces just big enough to wrap the steak. Use a skewer to hold it all together. Great as a cocktail hors d'oeuvre.

Hotdog Sausage
Hot Dog Bun
Japanese Mayonnaise
Okonomi Sauce

Barbecue the hotdog and put the toppings on top.

Soo Jerky Shredded Dried Pork Sushi



Ingredients: 
Soo's Shredded Dried Pork (Crispy, Soft or Sesame Seed and Seaweed)
Egg
Avocado
Umeboshi
Rice
Rice Vinegar
Nori
Salt

Servings: 
1

Directions:


Season rice with rice vinegar and salt to taste, and let cool. Scramble the egg and cook it while folding it into a long block. Arrange rice on Nori, and place ingredients onto the rice. Roll the sushi and cut into even pieces.

3 large eggs
1 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 cups + 1 tablespoon dutch-process cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt, generous
1 1/3 cups hot water

Swiss Meringue Butter Cream**

Soo Jerky Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky Citrus Salad



Ingredients: 
Soo Jerky's Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky
Citrus Fruits (in this salad we used blood oranges, ruby grapefruit, and navel oranges)
Fennel (slivered)
Arugula
Radicchio
Cracked Pepper
Salt
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil

Servings: 
Varies

Directions:
Shred Soo Jerky's Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky. Peel and slice or section citrus fruits. Toss Fennel Radicchio and arugula with salt and olive oil. Plate greens with fruit and top with Soo Jerky's Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top with more olive oil as desired. Dust with cracked pepper.
