Soo Jerky Shredded Dried Pork Sushi



Ingredients: 
Soo's Shredded Dried Pork (Crispy, Soft or Sesame Seed and Seaweed)
Egg
Avocado
Umeboshi
Rice
Rice Vinegar
Nori
Salt

Servings: 
1

Directions:


Season rice with rice vinegar and salt to taste, and let cool. Scramble the egg and cook it while folding it into a long block. Arrange rice on Nori, and place ingredients onto the rice. Roll the sushi and cut into even pieces.
