Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky Caesar


Ingredients: 
1 wedge of Soo Jerky's Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky
1 cup of Clamato Juice
1/3 cup Crushed Ice
1 Pickled Bean
a dash of Worcestershire Sauce
a dash of Hot Sauce
Coarse Sea Salt
Coarse Ground Black Pepper
a wedge of Lime
1 oz Vodka

Servings: 
1

Directions:
Rimming the glass: In a dish that will fit your glass upside down, pour just enough salt and pepper into it to cover about half a centimetre (or more depending how many glasses you intend to rim). Dip a glass upside down into water, just enough to get the rim wet and dip into your salt and pepper mixture.

In this order, add the ice into the cup, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of hot sauce, vodka, and Clamato Juice. Take a piece of Soo Jerky's Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky, cut a slit into it so that it can sit on the glass. Garnish with a pickled bean, wedge of lime and  Soo Jerky's Spicy Szechuan Beef Jerky.

Soo Jerky at International Summer Night Market!


Soo Jerky is coming to International Summer Night Market!

Ingredients: 
Soo Jerky's Shredded Dried Pork
1 Cup Rice
6-8 Cups Water

Optional Ingredients:
4 Large Dried Scallops (Soaked overnight)
15 g Fine Julienned Ginger
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sesame Oil

Servings: 
4-6

Directions:
Bring water to a boil and put all the ingredients, except the ginger and Soo's Shredded Dried Pork, into a large pot. Reduce the heat so the pot does not over boil, and cover the pot while leaving a gap for some steam to escape. Stir occasionally to ensure the bottom doe not burn and add water as needed to maintain the water level. After an hour, bring the pot to a rolling boil while stirring and remove from heat immediately. Be careful as boiling congee is extremely hot and splashes. For thicker or thinner congee, add or reduce water as desired.

Serve with Soo's Shredded Dried Pork and Julienned Ginger as desired.
